Q1: Deposit Not Received - What should I do if my deposit doesn't arrive?

A: If your deposit order hasn't arrived after resubmitting a new deposit order with correct details, submit a "Deposit Not Receive" query to our self-service team. Follow these steps:

  1. Choose "Deposit Not Received"
  2. Press "Submit UTR"
  3. Fill in the "Deposit UTR Number"
  4. Fill in the "Receiver UPI id"
  5. Upload the receipt photo
  6. Press "Confirm"

If there is a delay, our team will manually check and update the payment status every 30 minutes to speed up the deposit process.

Q2: Withdrawal Problem - What if my withdrawal order is marked "Completed," but funds are not received?

A: There may be delays due to complex banking procedures in India. If you haven't received your funds after 1-3 business days, follow these steps:

  1. Choose "Withdraw Problem"
  2. Press "Submit PDF Statement"
  3. Fill in PDF password (if applicable)
  4. Upload your PDF bank statement file

Once all required information is submitted, our experts will resolve the issue promptly. You can also track your issue through the “Progress Query” button.
